Gulf Model School is seeking a dedicated and well-organized Student Affairs Officer / Coordinator to join its academic support team. This position is responsible for managing student-related services, maintaining accurate records, and supporting student well-being in accordance with school policies and recognized educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain student records, files, and official registers
  • Oversee admissions, enrollment processes, and student transfers
  • Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and discipline matters
  • Coordinate guidance, counseling, and student well-being support services
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student-related matters
  • Organize and support student activities and Student Council initiatives
  • Prepare reports and documentation required by school management
  • Ensure compliance with all school rules, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with orientation programs for newly admitted students
  • Coordinate and follow up on student health and social cases

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in student affairs or school administration is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively within a multicultural school environment
  • Knowledge of school systems, record management, and reporting procedures
  • Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is mandatory
  • Experience working in UAE schools is considered an advantage
