About The Role
We’re seeking a strategic, externally focused Strategic Partner Manager to own relationships with high-impact public sector and nonprofit partners. You will lead partner implementations, drive long-term adoption, and act as a trusted advisor — ensuring partners achieve measurable results for families and providers while coordinating internal teams to deliver on commitments.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow partner relationships across a portfolio of government and nonprofit strategic accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, developing deep knowledge of their goals and how Wonderschool can support them.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery — align product, reporting, training, and change management to meet partner objectives.
- Drive partner satisfaction and retention using data, feedback loops, and a consultative approach.
- Work with Sales to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support contract renewals.
- Represent the partner voice internally to influence product enhancements and service improvements.
About You
- 5–8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner success — experience with government or education organizations is highly desirable.

- Experience working with public agencies or nonprofit partners, with understanding of procurement and stakeholder processes.
- Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Data-driven and outcome oriented; comfortable using metrics to drive adoption, growth, and renewals.
- Bonus: direct experience selling to or managing accounts within local/state government agencies.
