Job Summary
KEEN is hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to own commercial performance and brand growth across a defined portfolio of retail partners. You will create account-level plans, drive revenue and brand objectives, and work cross-functionally to execute seasonal and long-term strategies that increase availability, visibility, and sell-through.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and deliver business plans and seasonal account strategies that drive profitable sales growth and brand/fan engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partner relationships that enable joint planning and collaborative execution.
  • Advance the selling process by aligning go-to-market activities across merchandising, marketing, and retail partners.
  • Provide regular commercial updates, sell-in and sell-through analysis, and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and recommend where to invest or divest by product category.
  • Own digital wholesale merchandising, analysis and marketing workstreams.
  • Ensure pre-season bookings meet fiscal plans and manage gross-to-net by monitoring monthly shipping goals.
  • Work closely with merchandising to align product assortments with sales objectives and forecasting.
  • Use data to inform decisions and present clear, quantified recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • At least six (6) years of relevant sales, account management, or commercial experience; footwear/apparel background strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working in complex global organizations and managing digital wholesale channels.
  • Strong retail math and quantitative skills for forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
  • Highly motivated, detail-focused, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid Excel/data manipulation capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing internal teams.
  • Comfortable presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase market share, availability and sell-through via strategic account management.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $132,949 – $153,905 (actual offer dependent on experience, skills, and location).
