We’re Hiring – Strategic Account Executive
Figma is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to join our team and drive sales with top-tier Enterprise clients. This role is critical in nurturing relationships with C-level decision-makers, understanding complex business challenges, and delivering innovative solutions across Figma’s product suite. Role Overview:
- Manage a defined list of strategic accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and strengthen C-level relationships using value-selling and discovery techniques.
- Align with executives on business challenges and identify opportunities for enterprise-wide deployment of Figma solutions.
- Conduct detailed strategic account planning and multi-threading across senior-level stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Figma, advance deals, and ensure customer success.
- Leverage in-person and networking opportunities to strengthen executive relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience selling software or SaaS to Enterprise customers (5000+ FTEs), targeting executives.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation and sales goals.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles (9 months+).
- Proficiency with sales methodologies that create customer value.
- Experience selling to technical audiences (Engineering, Product, Design) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and succeed under evolving conditions.
- Certifications in deal qualification or prospect discovery are an added advantage.

Pay Transparency:
- Annual base salary range (SF/NY Hub): $200,000 USD.
- Remote roles within the US have pay localized to work location (80%–100% of the stated range).
