Description:

Autolink Contracting is currently seeking a responsible and organized Storekeeper to join its construction team in the UAE. This role is essential for ensuring smooth site operations through effective inventory management, material handling, and accurate stock control across ongoing construction projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper records of materials, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring timely availability of construction supplies to support project execution without delays.

This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in construction inventory systems and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials accurately.

• Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory at project sites or warehouses.

• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requisitions.

• Keep updated stock records and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.

• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for material requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials.

• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of all materials.

• Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures for material handling and issuance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of inventory control and material management processes.

• Experience in handling construction materials and site-based inventory systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
