Ducon Industries is actively hiring a skilled Storekeeper Admin to manage inventory and administrative tasks at our UAE facilities. This role is critical to ensure efficient tracking, storage, and distribution of materials and goods for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing stock, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular physical inventory checks while ensuring systematic and secure storage.
- Administrative Support: Create and update stock logs, purchase records, and supplier invoices in coordination with procurement and accounts. Prepare periodic inventory reports and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order Handling & Coordination: Manage order requests from internal departments, verify item availability, and arrange prompt dispatch or procurement. Coordinate with delivery teams for timely and accurate shipments.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure proper handling and labeling of goods, including hazardous materials, while maintaining UAE warehouse safety standards. Knowledge of ISO procedures and HSE protocols is a plus.
- Systems Knowledge: Use ERP or warehouse management systems to input stock data, monitor inventory, and generate accurate reports with speed and precision.
Requirements:
- Based in the UAE, ready to join immediately
- Prior experience in storekeeping and warehouse administration
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of UAE warehouse safety and compliance standards
