Seintiv Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Store Supervisor – Watches to manage operations within the Watches category at Dubai Duty Free. This role is focused on overseeing sales performance, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, and ensuring effective leadership of the retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day store operations with a focus on the watches category.
- Drive sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
