The brand operates in high-traffic retail environments and seeks an experienced store leader to uphold its reputation for quality and customer service.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations at a retail outlet in Dubai or Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, optimising sales performance, and ensuring smooth operational processes across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance coaching.
- Control inventory, monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to minimise shortages.
- Implement and enforce loss-prevention, safety and store compliance procedures.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, visual standards and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, staff productivity and inventory metrics for senior management.
- Work collaboratively with corporate teams to deliver promotions and in-store campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within the furniture, furnishings or home décor sector.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction targets.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Effective communicator with good commercial awareness and decision-making ability.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple priorities in a busy retail environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly salary in the range of AED 9,000 – AED 10,000.
