Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager to take charge of day-to-day store operations in a fast-moving fashion environment. The ideal hire brings a sharp eye for merchandising, a passion for delivering standout customer experiences, and a track record of meeting sales targets while developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations across sales floor, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Drive commercial results by planning targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing initiatives that lift conversion and average transaction value.
- Coach and develop team members through scheduling, on-the-job training, and regular feedback to build a customer-centric culture.
- Uphold brand standards by maintaining presentation guidelines, ensuring stock availability, and executing seasonal/weekly refreshes.
- Elevate customer experience by resolving issues quickly, managing peak traffic, and ensuring seamless service at every touchpoint.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in fashion retail with proven store-level leadership.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities with hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Operational excellence in SOP adherence, shrink control, and team scheduling.
- Immediate availability: Candidates must be currently in the UAE and able to join immediately.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with retail systems (POS, inventory, workforce management).
