Description:

Super Cement Manufacturing Company L.L.C and Speed Gulf General Transportation are looking for an experienced Store In Charge to manage and oversee daily store operations. The role involves maintaining efficient inventory control, supervising store activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with different departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading storekeepers, managing stock movements, and working closely with Procurement, Plant, Workshop, and Transport teams to support uninterrupted operations.

This position requires strong knowledge of inventory management practices, ERP systems, and team supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure proper handling of inventory and materials.

• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and support effective inventory control processes.

• Supervise storekeepers and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Plant, Workshop, and Transport departments for smooth material flow.

• Maintain proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.

• Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement of store management processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, and stock control procedures.

• Ability to lead and supervise store teams effectively.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
