As a Staff Software Engineer on the Scheduling team, you will play a key role in creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that enhance the patient and provider experience. You will work across the tech stack, integrating backend systems and frontend interfaces while mentoring other engineers and promoting best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead large, high-visibility projects across the development stack, from design to production
• Develop and optimize patient and provider-facing features to ensure scalability, performance, and security
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build and maintain an intuitive scheduling experience
• Mentor engineers, promote new technologies, and share knowledge across teams
• Integrate generative AI tools to automate workflows and enhance productivity
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, and observability
• Navigate deadlines, ambiguity, and cross-functional team communication with clarity and efficiency
Required skills and qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in full stack software development
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalable software solutions
• Ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows
