We are seeking a Staff Product Analyst to join our expanding data team. This role will focus on implementing Product Analytics tools (e.g., FullStory, Rudderstack), guiding product strategy, and helping prioritize the product roadmap through data-driven insights. The role partners closely with R&D, particularly the Product Design department, and reports to the Head of Data.

Responsibilities:
• Partner across Product teams to establish KPIs, dashboards, and product roadmap priorities
• Guide product data instrumentation in collaboration with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering
• Enable and scale the use of Product Analytics tools to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities
• Develop dbt models to transform and validate user behavior data with the Analytics Engineering team
• Influence best practices and standards for Product Analytics as the company scales
• Contribute to defining long-term Product Analytics strategy, balancing immediate needs with scalable solutions

Requirements / Skills:
• Experience collaborating across product and engineering teams with familiarity of typical product KPIs (DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing)
• Proficiency in writing complex and efficient SQL queries
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana
• Skilled in writing dbt models, implementing Product Analytics tools (Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory), and version control with Git
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, visualization, and prototyping
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to maintain cross-functional relationships and support team success

Bonus Points:
• Knowledge of observability practices
• Familiarity with Airflow or Prefect for ad hoc ETL jobs

Compensation includes base salary within the range of $162,275 – $194,730, plus Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to share in the company’s success. Actual compensation varies based on experience, level, and skillset.
