A leading AI-driven lending platform in the United States is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join its Servicing Analytics team. The company is focused on transforming the borrowing experience by using advanced machine learning and data science to improve credit access and financial outcomes for millions of customers.

This role sits within a high-impact analytics team that partners closely with Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to optimize servicing performance, improve borrower outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. The position requires strong analytical thinking, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in shaping decision-making by delivering scalable dashboards, deep-dive analysis, and actionable recommendations that influence business strategy and product direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to define success metrics and evaluate performance

• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reporting systems

• Perform root cause analysis to identify trends and operational performance changes

• Support product experiments and operational initiatives through data analysis and insights

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and borrower outcomes using data-driven insights

• Present analytical findings and business narratives to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business analytics roles

• Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and large dataset manipulation

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms

• Strong background in root cause analysis and performance metric development

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders

• Experience in financial services, lending, or servicing operations preferred

• Strong knowledge of:
• Data analysis and business intelligence
• Experimentation and A/B testing methodologies
• Operational analytics and reporting systems
