Hims & Hers is currently seeking a detail-focused Staff Accountant with a specialization in Treasury Accounting Operations. This role supports daily cash management activities, treasury operations, and financial reporting accuracy while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. The position provides hands-on exposure to treasury functions and the opportunity to contribute to global growth initiatives within a fast-paced public company.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage global cash operations by recording and reconciling daily cash transactions across multiple bank accounts and legal entities
• Configure and maintain auto-posting rules within the NetSuite cash management module to improve efficiency and reduce manual entries
• Prepare domestic and international wire transfers and other treasury-related transactions accurately and on time
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities by preparing, reviewing, and reconciling cash-related journal entries
• Review work completed by offshore accounting teams, providing feedback, updated documentation, and training support when required
• Monitor daily bank activity to identify unusual transactions or discrepancies and escalate issues to management promptly
• Maintain SOX compliance and ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
• Assist with automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and data accuracy
• Analyze treasury-related financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making
• Support system implementations and enhancements affecting treasury operations
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and explanations of cash-related accounting treatments
• Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics from a top-ranking university
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably with treasury or cash management exposure
• CPA certification or active progress toward certification is preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• International treasury management exposure is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proven ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to work effectively in remote and hybrid environments
