Description:
Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join its Wealth Services team in a remote capacity. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about financial services, client relationship management, and supporting wealth-building strategies for individuals and families.
The selected candidate will assist financial advisors and internal teams with client servicing, reporting, account maintenance, and operational support. This position plays an important role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery while contributing to client satisfaction and long-term financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with financial planning activities, portfolio reviews, reporting, and client meeting preparation.
• Support advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance, and ongoing service requests.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with custodians, internal teams, and compliance departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and supporting documents for client meetings.
• Manage client files, workflows, and service records in an organized manner.
• Contribute to business development and client retention efforts through proactive support.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client support roles.
