Position Overview :
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end recruitment for Fitout & Joinery positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles within the Fitout & Joinery sector.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Build and maintain a qualified candidate database for future hiring.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in construction or Fitout industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles in Fitout & Joinery (engineers, supervisors, draftsmen, technicians, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
