We are hiring a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Ancient Builders Constructions LLC (ABC), a reputable and growing construction company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition within the UAE construction industry and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the construction sector.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
  • Manage talent pipelines and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company hiring standards.
