Description:
ClearCaptions is seeking a passionate and experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead product development and innovation for our senior-focused communication solutions. This role is fully remote and reports to the Director of Product Management. You will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams, developing products that meet customer needs, and driving strategies that support company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple product portfolios across software and hardware domains
- Deeply understand customer experiences and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure organizational and customer success
- Analyze market trends, feedback, and industry updates to identify opportunities for innovation
- Own the full product lifecycle including research, prioritization, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies as needed
- Create clear business cases to secure leadership and stakeholder buy-in
- Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging
Qualifications / Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in a product management function
- Proven ability to translate product strategy into actionable requirements
- Track record of managing successful products through their entire lifecycle
- Skilled in product and marketing strategy development, with strong executive communication
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
- Familiarity with product management tools such as AHA, ProductPlan, Microsoft Project, or equivalents
- Strong leadership skills that motivate teams toward achieving business goals
- Ability to plan and manage both strategic and operational activities, overcoming obstacles and anticipating contingencies
- Strong analytical, planning, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-directed, able to handle multiple priorities in demanding timeframes
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 10%
- Proficiency in MS Office and modern virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams)
