The Fintech Foundation team optimizes pricing for ancillary fintech products across dozens of partners, balancing customer demand with financial risk, and delivering experiments and models that scale across the business. As a Sr Pricing Analyst, you will be central to growing Hopper’s fintech portfolio—analyzing performance, uncovering opportunities, and partnering with product and revenue teams to drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance and trends; perform deep dives to understand unexpected behaviors and surface root causes.
  • Support ad-hoc analytic requests from product teams and revenue stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track overall product health and specific A/B experiments.
  • Help run champion–challenger tests and translate experiment results into actionable product changes.
  • Improve data quality and documentation to expand self-serve analytics across the organization.
  • Act as a business partner to product managers and revenue leaders—communicate findings clearly and recommend next steps.
  • Support data integrity efforts and diagnose issues in data pipelines when they affect reporting.

What Would Your Day-to-day Look Like:

  • Track KPIs and quickly flag deviations for investigation.
  • Deliver timely analyses that guide pricing or product decisions.
  • Construct and iterate on visual reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement data-quality fixes and document instrumentation.
  • Prioritize multiple requests from internal teams and deliver high-impact insights.

An Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Deep curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables), and reporting tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Clear business understanding of financial metrics and how they tie to product performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex analysis to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating across product, engineering, and commercial teams and managing several projects at once.
