We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sr. Operations Associate to oversee scheduling and delivery quality across designated markets. This role involves problem-solving complex operational challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using metrics to make informed decisions. Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive in ambiguous environments and are comfortable working with data to drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accelerate scheduling and ensure high-quality service delivery across assigned territories
- Analyze reports and market trends to identify operational challenges and solutions
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Manage weekly schedule reviews and optimize operational efficiency
- Take ownership of assigned territories, becoming the subject matter expert
- Adapt to changing priorities and drive continuous improvement in operations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced operational roles
- Comfortable working in high-growth, deadline-driven environments
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Highly adaptable self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Willingness to work some evenings/weekends if needed
First 90 Days Overview:
- First 30 Days: Familiarize with team metrics, systems, and assigned territories; build relationships with internal and external partners
- First 60 Days: Solve everyday operational challenges efficiently, optimize tools and resources, and lead schedule reviews
- 90 Days & Beyond: Fully manage assigned territories, drive team goals, solve complex problems, and adapt to shifting priorities
