The company is currently hiring a Senior Operations Analytics Manager to serve as the analytical backbone of its billing and operational systems. This role focuses on transforming complex financial and operational data into clear insights that improve billing accuracy, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall customer and provider experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze billing workflows, financial systems, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies
• Develop insights to improve billing accuracy, account management, and customer experience
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Data, Billing, and Customer Operations teams
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and financial metrics
• Investigate root causes of billing and account-related issues
• Support experimentation and process optimization initiatives
• Influence business strategy through data-driven insights
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles
• At least 2+ years of experience in financial or operational analytics
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, or similar)
• Strong understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, retention, and billing systems
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of:

• Data modeling and visualization tools
• Business strategy and performance metrics
