CrowdStrike, a global leader in AI-powered cybersecurity, is looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist to design, manage, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns and event programs for the AMER and META regions. In this role, you’ll be a Marketo expert, leading Tier 1 promotional campaigns for large-scale virtual and in-person events, managing audience segmentation, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring data integrity. You will collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to create scalable, data-driven programs that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch, and QA high-performance email and event campaigns in Marketo with precision and consistency.
  • Lead marketing automation for Tier 1 AMER events, partnering with Field and Growth Marketing to maximize engagement.
  • Manage audience targeting and segmentation strategies for enhanced personalization and engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine performance and boost conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to streamline workflows and optimize execution.
  • Develop process improvements, automation strategies, and best practices for campaign management.
  • Maintain data hygiene between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee execution within Workfront, Knak, Zuddl, Zoom, and PathFactory for seamless integration.
  • Create training resources and best practice guides for campaign execution tools and processes.
  • Mentor and train internal stakeholders on effective campaign execution.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing automation, operations, and campaign execution.
  • Advanced skills in Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert highly desirable).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Workfront, Knak, Zuddl, Zoom, and PathFactory.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven expertise in reporting, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across diverse marketing functions.
  • Commitment to best practices, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
