We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Customer Experience to join a leading tech giant in Dubai. This is an onsite role for a highly skilled professional who can lead, strategize, and optimize customer experience operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end customer experience strategy, from onboarding through retention
  • Lead and manage customer service operations, ensuring exceptional responsiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Develop CX frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement tools to continuously improve customer interactions
  • Drive initiatives to enhance loyalty, reduce churn, and elevate overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in customer experience, customer success, or service operations, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven ability to lead CX teams and deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong knowledge of CX platforms, CRM systems, and service technologies (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Dubai
