Position Overview:
As a Sr. HRIS Analyst you will act as a technical SME within HR, owning the integrity and delivery of HR data, systems, and reporting. You’ll partner closely with HR leaders, IT, and third-party vendors to keep integrations healthy, automate processes, and deliver executive-level reporting — including dashboards and reports for senior leaders and the C-suite.

Primary Responsibilities:
▪ Own the reporting calendar — manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business and compliance report deliverables.
▪ Serve as the data management SME: mapping, interface oversight, and enforcing data integrity best practices.
▪ Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure interfaces run on schedule and resolve integration issues.
▪ Drive process improvements and automation efforts in close collaboration with HR and IT partners.
▪ Design, build, maintain, and distribute custom reports and dashboards for HR and business audiences.
▪ Support the annual compensation cycle and other HR programs requiring system coordination.
▪ Create and maintain business process documentation and system operational guides.
▪ Administer system security for HRIS platforms and manage access controls.

Technical & Education Requirements:
▪ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
5–7 years experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar HR systems role.
▪ Advanced proficiency with MS Office, file transfer protocols, and BI/reporting tools.
▪ Proven Workday experience, including integration work with Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
▪ Working knowledge of XSLT.
▪ Familiarity with Workday benefits modules and reporting is preferred.
▪ Workday Pro integrations certificate is a plus.
