Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is organized, driven, and ready to take charge of key HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative activities within the organization
- Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, employee engagement, and performance management
- Maintain and update HR systems while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management
- Oversee compliance with UAE labor laws and coordinate visa processes and renewals
- Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries and provide strategic HR support
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and policy implementation
- Support leadership and team heads with HR planning and organizational development
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and visa procedures
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide HR operations effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with HR software and management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across departments
Job Type & Schedule:
