We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior FM Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency within our Facilities Management (FM) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct periodic inspections across all facilities to ensure compliance with safety and quality benchmarks.
• Establish, implement, and monitor effective quality control procedures and performance metrics.
• Evaluate service providers and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to contractual SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend corrective measures.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead internal quality audits, maintain documentation, and support certification processes.
• Collaborate with internal facility teams to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FM Quality Control or related functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of FM operations, quality systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Certifications in Quality Management or Facilities Management are an advantage.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.
