Description:
A reputable organization based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Executive – HR & Administration to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in HR operations and administrative management, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, and supporting overall business operations through efficient administrative practices.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in HR & Administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Male candidates are preferred for this role
• Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue-collar and white-collar positions
• Manage onboarding procedures, employee training programs, and performance evaluations
• Handle employee relations, including resolving grievances and maintaining a positive workplace culture
• Process and manage visa applications, particularly for JAFZA and KEZAD requirements
• Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave management, and employee documentation
• Administer payroll processes, compensation structures, and employee benefits
• Manage insurance policies such as medical coverage and workmen’s compensation
• Handle employee exit formalities, including clearance and final settlements
Administrative Duties:
• Monitor and manage leave records, approvals, and tracking systems
• Coordinate travel bookings and arrangements for staff
• Handle procurement activities and maintain inventory control
• Oversee employee accommodation and transportation arrangements
• Track payments, purchase orders (POs), and internal approvals to ensure smooth operations
