We are hiring an experienced and strategic Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries and regions. This role is best suited for a seasoned TA professional who can combine strategic workforce planning with hands-on hiring, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs
  • Support strategic workforce planning initiatives and strengthen employer branding
  • Manage external vendors, recruitment agencies, and university partnerships
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, automation, and ATS utilization
  • Lead hiring for senior management and C-suite level positions
  • Prepare recruitment analytics, dashboards, compliance documentation, and reports

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8–12 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Trading, Pharma, and Fintech
  • Prior experience hiring for African markets, particularly West Africa, is an added advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and data-driven reporting
