EBSCO is looking for a Sr Content Process Manager to join its Content Integration team. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing ETL operations that acquire, store, process, enrich, and load content into EIS products and services. As an individual contributor, you will drive decisions to improve the health, value, and ROI of content operations, while coordinating project roadmaps aligned with strategic goals across multiple departments.
What You’ll Do:
• Inspect and oversee content pipelines and vendor operations (automated and manual) to identify inefficiencies, measure value, and optimize costs
• Propose, plan, measure, and manage both large- and small-scale initiatives
• Track and maintain content and operational data quality/accuracy, including operational activity metrics
• Analyze, forecast, and plan resource usage and associated costs
• Research and implement new concepts, tools, and techniques relevant to ETL operations and data management
• Innovate and prototype operational models, tools, and methods to improve value delivery and cost efficiency
• Enhance customer outcomes and product value supported by content processes, championing operational excellence

About You:
• 5-7 years managing data pipelines from an operational perspective
• 5-7 years synthesizing and analyzing data to derive insights, assess operational health, and craft cohesive narratives
• 5-7 years in roles requiring cross-team influence, collaboration, and information sharing
• 5-7 years leading and managing high-impact projects from ideation to completion
What Sets You Apart:
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in the information science or library science field
