Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Analyze business workflows to identify improvement opportunities and design new or enhanced systems.
- Develop detailed documentation including user requirements, process models, and testing protocols.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization sessions with stakeholders to align project goals.
- Utilize modeling tools, diagrams, and technical documentation to guide project implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent professional background.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and developer collaboration.
- Hands-on experience using Jira for managing epics, user stories, and project issues.
