Personify Health is seeking a Sr. Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their growing finance team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing, invoicing, and client account management for the organization’s health and wellness services. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate billing of customers for services rendered.
- Prepare, issue, and distribute invoices electronically.
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Import and process data from multiple claims systems into NetSuite using CSV or Excel formats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support invoicing, payments, and vendor-related concerns.
- Generate adjustment and credit memos when necessary.
- Support monthly close activities, including revenue review and deferred revenue allocation.
- Document financial processes, workflows, and internal controls for transparency.
- Train and coordinate with colleagues to ensure process consistency across billing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience with financial or TPA systems such as NetSuite, El Dorado, Qiclink, GIAS, or Javelinapreferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Windows OS.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
