Overview: We are seeking a skilled Specialty Barista to join a dynamic café team in the UAE. This full-time role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience preparing high-quality coffee beverages, a genuine passion for coffee culture, and a friendly customer service approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks to consistent quality and presentation standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and making drink recommendations.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment; ensure cleanliness and routine upkeep.
- Work efficiently under pressure, handling multiple orders during busy service periods while maintaining accuracy.
- Support front-of-house operations, including cash handling, order processing, and light food prep as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a barista; UAE experience preferred.
