VistaCare Specialized Eye Clinic LLC-SPC in Abu Dhabi is currently inviting applications for a Fellowship-Trained Specialist Ophthalmologist to become part of its growing ophthalmology team. This position is ideal for an experienced medical professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality eye care and has specialized training in advanced ophthalmology subspecialties.
The clinic is looking for a skilled ophthalmologist who can provide comprehensive patient care while performing specialized diagnostic and surgical procedures. The successful candidate will work in a dedicated ophthalmology practice equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical technologies designed to support excellent patient outcomes.
The role requires strong clinical expertise, particularly in cataract surgery and other ophthalmic procedures. Candidates who already have clinical experience in the UAE, especially within Abu Dhabi, will be considered highly advantageous. Additionally, professionals who bring an existing patient referral network or established patient base may receive preference.
The selected specialist will collaborate with a professional medical team within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment focused on patient safety, quality treatment, and surgical excellence.
Requirements:
- Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License or eligibility to obtain the license.
- Fellowship training in one of the following ophthalmology subspecialties:
- Glaucoma
- Cornea / Refractive Surgery
- Pediatric Ophthalmology
- Proven experience performing Cataract Surgery (Phacoemulsification).
- Prior UAE or Abu Dhabi clinical experience will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates with an established referral network or active patient base may be given priority.
- Strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and surgical precision.
