Description:
Ubique Group, a dynamic and digitally-forward furniture company with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Specialist in Customer Success Support to join our fully remote team. The role is essential in managing orders, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring that all customer and dealer communications are handled efficiently and with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with internal and external customers to provide order updates, confirmations for modifications, and cancellations.
  • Manage customer success queue, including inputting up to 30 orders and resolving up to 30 cases daily.
  • Review pending issues weekly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Take appropriate actions to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions for each sales order or case.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to use up to three screens simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle complex customer situations professionally and independently.
  • Strong sense of integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and meeting deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
