We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality standards. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who has strong leadership abilities, hands-on kitchen experience, and a passion for maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in managing and supervising daily kitchen operations
• Support menu planning, food preparation, and execution of daily kitchen activities
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance during service operations
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and assist in minimizing food wastage
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen sections during busy service hours
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar Sous Chef role
