What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the Head Baker in managing and overseeing daily bakery operations.
- Prepare and perfect breads, viennoiserie, and pastries with skill and consistency.
- Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team of bakers in a fast-paced, creative kitchen.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
- Collaborate on seasonal menus and contribute to product development.
- Oversee baking schedules, stock management, and operational efficiency.
