We Are Hiring – Sourcing & Operations Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Company: Horn Ok Please (Furniture Delivery & Assembly Logistics)

We are looking for a smart, proactive individual to manage vendor sourcing, manpower recruitment, and daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and arrange trucks on a daily and urgent basis
• Find and recruit helpers, carpenters, drivers, and vendors cum transporters
• Coordinate furniture delivery and assembly with clients and drivers
• Track vehicle movement and ensure PODs are submitted on time
• Handle on-ground issues and resolve them smartly
• Follow up with vendors and manage rate negotiations
• Assist with onboarding new teams and partners as the company scales
• Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in logistics/transport (preferred)
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Fluency in Hindi/English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
