Unqork is seeking an experienced Software Solutions Architect to join our remote-first team. Unqork empowers enterprises to rapidly build, test, and run AI-powered applications that reduce technical debt while enabling innovation. As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, internal teams, and system integrators, guiding them through technical and business solutions, ensuring adoption and maximizing value from the Unqork platform. You will also create reusable design patterns, build example applications, and advise clients on architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture
- Advise clients on general and application-specific architecture best practices
- Develop and share reusable design patterns with the Unqork community
- Build example applications to demonstrate design patterns and best practices
- Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure successful platform delivery
- Guide customers through technical and business solutions to increase platform adoption
- Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring continuity from sale to production and beyond
- Support account management and deliver value throughout the customer journey
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an engineer or solutions architect
- Familiarity with web technologies and services
- Proven hands-on experience building scalable, reliable, and sustainable enterprise solutions
- Experience in client-facing technical roles, including relationship management and technical delivery
- Ability to make metrics-driven decisions and manage a portfolio of key customers
- Technical knowledge and willingness to learn the Unqork platform
- Combination of service orientation and solution-minded approach

Hiring Ranges:
- Tier 1 (NY Metro, Seattle Metro, San Francisco Bay Area): $120,000 – $155,000
- Tier 2 (All other US locations): $115,000 – $140,000
