We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of real estate through AI. This role offers maximum agency, fast feedback loops with customers, and opportunities to solve high-impact product challenges. You will design, build, and ship complex systems and tools that enable teams to execute at scale, working across backend systems, retrieval pipelines, and user-facing product experiences. Our technology stack includes Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to all phases of product development, from ideation and prototyping to implementation and iteration
- Build and evolve both frontend user experiences and backend services that power them
- Design scalable and reliable backend systems to support production features
- Modernize and automate legacy workflows within the real estate industry
- Define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Mentor and support the growth of other engineers on the team
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and operators to identify and solve customer pain points
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience delivering production-grade software, preferably in high-growth startup environments
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with an emphasis on backend scalability and reliability
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable systems and services
- Excellent communication skills for a remote, collaborative environment
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Customer-focused approach with a drive to build impactful solutions
- Strong Python skills; experience with TypeScript and React is a plus
- Experience with workflow automation or complex data integration is advantageous
