Software Engineer III – United States (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and debug high-quality software applications following coding standards and best practices
- Build both front-end and back-end components ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge with team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture and user guides
- Work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of software components and successful product releases
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, proposing process improvements
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests, including automated testing frameworks
- Utilize version control systems to manage and track code changes in a distributed environment
Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, C++, or similar
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles
- Experience with front-end/back-end frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Spring, Django, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills
