As a Software Engineering evaluator, you will contribute to cutting-edge AI model training by curating datasets, providing code solutions, and refining AI-generated code. You will work with Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will help enhance enterprise AI-driven coding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate code examples and build solutions for AI model training in multiple programming languages.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven coding solutions.
  • Develop agents to verify code quality and identify error patterns.
  • Analyze steps in the software engineering cycle and evaluate model capabilities.
  • Design automated verification mechanisms for software engineering tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Several years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years at a leading tech company (Google, Stripe, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Netflix, Microsoft, Datadog, Dropbox, Shopify, PayPal, IBM Research).
  • Expertise in building full-stack applications and deploying production-grade software.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills for providing clear, structured evaluation feedback.

Engagement Details:

  • Commitment: Flexible engagement, 10–40 hours/week with partial PST overlap.
  • Type: Contractor (no medical/paid leave).
  • Duration: 1 month initially, with potential extensions based on performance and fit.
