Herbalife is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop engaging content across multiple social platforms, strengthening our brand presence and connecting with our North American audience. This position involves crafting visually appealing content, monitoring trends, and contributing to innovative campaigns that enhance our digital footprint. Travel for events and occasional weekend work is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create high-quality original content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for each platform.
• Monitor social media trends to optimize content strategies and boost engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders to generate creative ideas supporting brand initiatives.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to guide content strategy.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in team meetings and offer creative input to enhance projects.
• Stay current on digital technologies and best practices in social media marketing.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in health, wellness, or nutrition sectors.
• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography; proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with DSLR cameras and lighting setups.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, adaptable to multiple platforms and audiences.
• Analytical skills for interpreting social media metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable on-camera and behind-the-scenes in content production.
• Experience with Workfront, Microsoft Teams, Workplace, and Enterprise Employee Recognition Platforms.
