This role is part of Twilio’s Corporate Communications team, focused on building brand awareness, growing online communities, and creating engaging social content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller who can produce compelling short-form content, manage social channels, and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns that amplify the brand’s global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging, on-brand content highlighting customers, products, and company culture
• Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
• Execute editorial calendars and social media campaigns
• Manage employee advocacy programs and support internal brand storytelling
• Engage with online communities including developers, customers, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, product launches, and events
• Produce creative content for executive-level social media accounts
• Analyze social performance data and report on campaign effectiveness
• Experiment with new social media strategies and growth tactics
• Partner with employee branding teams to promote company culture externally
Requirements:
• Experience managing brand social media accounts
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in short-form content
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing social performance
• Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, Figma, or EveryoneSocial
