We’re Hiring: Social Media Specialist – Government Sector | UAE

Are you a creative communicator with a strategic mindset? We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join a government entity in the UAE, dedicated to strengthening its digital presence and public engagement.

Full-time | On-site

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging, informative content that aligns with public service goals
• Monitor engagement and public sentiment, and respond in line with communication protocols
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate updates
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy
• Stay current on trends, tools, and government communication standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field
• 5 years of experience in social media management (public/non-profit sector preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in analytics tools and content management platforms
• Professional tone and understanding of public sector communication

Preferred:-

• Prior experience with government or public entities
• Awareness of digital accessibility and inclusive communication practices
