Description:
7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This fully remote role is ideal for someone passionate about building engaged digital communities, creating compelling content, and driving audience growth and engagement. You will collaborate with content and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice, optimize performance, and expand the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content including images, videos, and captions tailored for each platform
- Repurpose blog posts, tutorials, and visual content across social media in coordination with the content team
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Track analytics and KPIs to evaluate campaign success and recommend optimizations
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and industry partners to extend brand reach
- Manage and monetize large Facebook groups with up to 250,000 members using creative engagement strategies
Qualifications:
Required:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
- Experience using analytics tools to derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in graphic design and basic video editing tools
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing
- Experience managing and monetizing online communities or Facebook groups
- Interest or background in sewing, quilting, or arts and crafts
