Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to lead both organic and paid social efforts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and others. The right candidate will own content strategy, community engagement, and paid campaign execution with a focus on measurable growth and audience relevance in the financial/forex space.

Key Responsibilities — Organic Social:
Strategy & Planning: Build and implement an organic social strategy aligned with business objectives to drive visibility and engagement.
Content Management: Plan, create, curate and schedule the content calendar ensuring posts are on-brand, visually strong and timely.
Community Engagement: Grow and nurture online communities by responding to messages, moderating conversations, and driving engagement.
Trend Monitoring & Real-Time Content: Monitor social trends and cultural moments to produce relevant real-time content.
Event Promotion: Support promotion of webinars, seminars and educational events across organic channels, coordinating with content and events teams.
Influencer & Partnership Work: Identify and manage influencer and micro-partner collaborations to extend reach and credibility.
Audience Research: Conduct audience analysis and refine personas to make sure content resonates with target segments.

Key Responsibilities — Paid Social:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute and optimize paid social campaigns to meet brand awareness, lead generation and conversion targets.
Funnel Strategy: Design full-funnel tactics (awareness → engagement → conversion) with clear KPIs and iterative improvements.
Budget Management: Take ownership of campaign budgets to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyze results, surface insights and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Competitive Benchmarking: Monitor competitors’ paid strategies and adapt to market shifts.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on social media experience, preferably in forex/financial services.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Deep familiarity with organic best practices and paid advertising tools across major social platforms.
• Experience with content planning, community management, campaign optimization and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline is preferred.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
