This role is perfect for someone who can consistently execute content, follow guidance, and contribute creative ideas independently without requiring full strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Refine and polish provided content to ensure clarity and impact.
- Suggest new post ideas, engagement hooks, and thematic content.
- Monitor comments and engagement daily, responding thoughtfully.
- Optimize engagement through strategic timing and replies.
- Track weekly performance metrics, including reach, clicks, and engagement highlights.
- Maintain a consistent and on-brand voice across all platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
