About the role:
Join GoPro’s social team to help shape how the brand connects with its global community. You’ll be the active voice representing GoPro across social platforms—engaging with fans, creators, and athletes—and supporting influencer and testimonial programs that amplify authentic user stories.

What you will do:

  • Community Management: Grow and nurture GoPro’s social presence by responding on-brand to followers, creators, and pro athletes, while representing the company’s tone and values.
  • Sentiment & Insights: Monitor community sentiment, distill learnings, and surface actionable insights that inform PR, product, and marketing decisions.
  • Advocate Relations: Build and maintain relationships with passionate brand advocates and creators that deliver meaningful brand engagement and business value.
  • Testimonial & Influencer Coordination: Partner with Performance Marketing to manage day-to-day testimonial marketing processes, including influencer outreach, communications, and payment coordination.
  • Content Licensing & Programs: Support the management of GoPro’s content licensing initiatives (e.g., GoPro Awards) and assist in processing and organizing licensed content.
  • Creative Support: Contribute to social strategy and content ideation alongside the Social Team to keep creative output fresh and platform-relevant.

Skills we’re excited about:

  • A minimum of 2 years in project management, social marketing, community management, or related roles with demonstrated ownership and independence.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion for social media and community-driven storytelling.

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with social reporting metrics and measurement.
  • Experience using enterprise social publishing or community management tools.
  • Background or enthusiasm for action sports, adventure content, or videography.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or a creative content background with a keen eye for what performs on social.
