Hiring: Social Media Associate
Quility Insurance is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Associate to join our marketing team. This role focuses on the deployment and management of social media content across multiple platforms, supporting brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign execution. The Social Media Associate will also serve as the first point of contact for inbound creative requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Social Media in planning and deploying omnichannel marketing campaigns, including organic and paid strategies, to drive brand visibility and conversions. This includes copywriting, content creation, image capture, and collaboration with graphic design and videography teams.
- Monitor and manage social media communities, including comments, direct messages, and mentions, escalating key issues to management.
- Maintain and schedule content calendars across social platforms for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, distribution, marketing operations, content strategists, graphic design, and videography teams during the creative development process.
- Coordinate on-site content capture for agent events, including photos, video snippets, live posts, and stories.
- Manage campaigns in partnership with agent influencers as assigned by the Head of Social Media.
- Support campaign reporting, analyzing performance metrics and providing optimization strategies.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming marketing requests via email and support desk, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and enterprise marketing initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain clear communication with external stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain social media and brand process guides and tools to ensure consistent adoption across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in content management, creative writing, and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising practices, and brand stewardship
- Familiarity with marketing and marketing automation platforms, or a willingness to learn quickly
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging campaigns
