Description:
SalaryGuide is looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Account Manager to oversee client accounts and drive impactful social media strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, engagement strategies, and client relationship management. You will work closely with internal teams and act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring their social marketing goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client accounts by developing strategies, curating content, managing distribution, and driving engagement
- Monitor client performance and proactively address potential issues or obstacles
- Create and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with each client’s goals and audience
- Conduct social listening to identify trends, topics, events, and relevant conversations
- Stay current with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to optimize client results
- Support influencer identification, outreach, contract negotiation, campaign monitoring, and reporting
- Collaborate with designers, paid media managers, and content creators to execute client campaigns
- Craft compelling written content to effectively communicate brand messages and engage audiences
- Engage directly with consumers across social media platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media data to track performance against KPIs
- Minimal travel required (5–10%)
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management
- Creative mindset with campaign planning and idea generation skills
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and data analysis for strategy optimization
- Self-starter with initiative, accountability, and strong organizational skills
